Eleanor Loynd has run this un-elected "Committee" for over 40 years and is asking the County why a private citizen is building a fence in front of their property because "it is no longer possible to see the front of the various houses" - she is claiming the right to control what is happening on private property!! She doesn't state the specific addresses and some of the fences located between 4878 and 4782 Appian Way have been there for some time and it is easy to see behind the fence.
